This is the recipe I use for both savory and sweet crepes. They are perfectly tender and have just enough butter to keep them from sticking.

Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
2largeeggs
½cupwhole milk
½cupfiltered water
¼tspsalt
2tbspbuttermelted
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender container in order given. Blend 30 seconds, stop and stir down sides. Blend 30-60 seconds until smooth. (Or, mix in bowl with wire whisk or mixer, first combining flour and eggs, adding liquid gradually. Beat until smooth, addother ingredients.
Crepes may be filled with berries and freshly whipped cream.
