Diane’s Soft and Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies have only a few ingredients, are quick and easy to make and are pure heaven to eat! They are especially wonderful with Coffee Ice Cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • cups Crisco
  • 2 large eggs
  • tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3⅓ cup all-purpose flour may take 3 cups, depending on size of eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips more or less depending on your taste

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  • Add eggs, vanilla, soda, and salt.
  • Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
  • Roll into walnut sized balls, flatten a little with your fingers.
  • Bake about 8 minutes
