Diane’s Soft and Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies have only a few ingredients, are quick and easy to make and are pure heaven to eat! They are especially wonderful with Coffee Ice Cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1½ cups Crisco
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3⅓ cup all-purpose flour may take 3 cups, depending on size of eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips more or less depending on your taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- Add eggs, vanilla, soda, and salt.
- Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
- Roll into walnut sized balls, flatten a little with your fingers.
- Bake about 8 minutes
