This recipe is delicious and easy to make. Pecan pie is notoriously sweet, but this recipe is truly divine-not too sweet and heavenly, both in texture and taste.

Ingredients
1/2cupgranulated sugar
3largeeggs
1cuplight corn syrup or maple syrup
1/2cupbuttermelted
1tspvanilla extract
1pinchsalt
1cuppecan halves or pieces
1unbaked pie crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° FAdd granulated sugar and eggs to a large bowl. Whisk together until well-combined. Add in light corn syrup or maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir in pecan halves and pour into unbaked pied crust.Place in oven and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your oven. A piece of foil may be placed over the top for the last few minutes of baking to prevent the edges of the crust from over baking.

Can be baked ahead-Let the baked pecan pie cool completely, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
